Assessment & Planning
Every structural move begins with a detailed assessment of the building and site conditions. We evaluate the structure, foundation, access routes, and ground conditions to develop a safe and efficient moving plan. This planning stage ensures proper load distribution, regulatory compliance, and a smooth execution from start to finish.

Lifting & Relocation
The process begins with the placement of steel beams beneath the structure, creating a stable framework to support the building during the move. Using modern unified jacking systems, the structure is then carefully lifted and evenly supported. Once clear of the foundation, the building is rolled off the foundation and prepared for transport. Specialized dolly systems and hitch are installed, allowing the structure to be moved by truck to its new location.

Placement & Completion
Once the structure reaches its new location, the entire process is carried out in reverse. The building is carefully positioned over the new foundation and precisely aligned. Using the same unified hydraulic jacking system, the building is gradually lowered and set into place. Final adjustments are made to ensure proper alignment, level, and stability, completing the move with the same care, precision, and attention to detail applied at every stage of the process.
